Year in Review: Your 2024 Bookend is Here!

It’s hard to believe that 2024 is almost over.  As we get ready to turn the page into 2025, let's look back and savor all of the reading we did over the past year.  

It's time for our annual BOOKEND: Your Year in Books.  This year, your BOOKEND isn't just for your personal reading, it's for your club too!

How much did you read this year?
What were your favorite books?
Which books were most beloved by your book club?

You can find your personalized 2024 BOOKEND on your profile page, and a BOOKEND for each of your clubs on the club’s homepage (on the app, go to your club’s "About" tab for the club BOOKEND, and "My Books" for your personal BOOKEND). 

Then share your favorite books with your friends and family by sharing your BOOKEND on TikTok, Facebook or Instagram. 

If your BOOKEND doesn’t look right, navigate to your “Books I’ve Read” bookshelf on the website or the app (via “My Books”) and make sure that 1) all the books you’ve read this year are on your bookshelf, with a date read, and 2) that you’ve rated all your books!  It's easy to add ratings from your “Books I’ve Read” bookshelf.

For your club BOOKEND, the top books are based on the average rating from all of your members, so make sure the rest of your club has also rated the books you've read together. 

A few pro tips for your BOOKEND:

• Just starting to track your reading on Bookclubs? You can import multiple books at once from a .csv or .xls file.  You can also easily upload an export from your Goodreads account.   
• Your BOOKEND works better on the app – download it today on iOS or Android.  If you already have the app downloaded, but aren't seeing your BOOKENDs, make sure that you are using the latest version of the app in the app store.
