May’s bookclub read was The Measure by Nikki Erlick On an ordinary morning every person on the planet above the age of twenty two gets a box delivered to their door. Very good story of how the world and more specifically 8 characters', lives are forever changed by the appearance of mysterious strings foretelling the length of their life. I usually don't gravitate toward stories with so many characters because I get easily lost, but the way that this group of characters wound together to help the story progress was great and the story was ultimately very satisfying. Highly recommend his book!

Very interesting book. It reminded me of "They Both Die at the End" in the way that there is no "butterfly effect". I enjoyed it and am always a fan of books where all the characters connect in some way.
