This book was a little difficult for me to get into at first, but once I was hooked I didn’t want to stop reading. I really enjoyed getting the backstory from a previous storm that happened in the town & learning how it connected with current events. Kieran was my favorite character, just because he seemed to have a lot of growth due to grief and loss. DNF'ed at 3% in audio book. I heard some people say that this is a good one but it is a sloooooowwwwwww as hell burn. And I have too many other books that I would rather be reading. Some doorstops included. Plus the narrator's was not good to me. There was barely any change in his voice for character changes which makes is a real brow furler because so many characters are introduced at once. UMMMMM hell no. I don't recommend this one.
