This book was just a quick, fun, easy read. I laughed a lot because so much of what Dr. Halpern says reminds me of a few things my own father might've said, though mine was less brash and never, ever cursed. The heart of the messages in Dr. Halpern's comments were similar to that of my own father, and perhaps that's why I grew somewhat sentimental over what loving parents do and say to their children.
