I absolutely did not see the twist coming. My heart started beating faster toward the end of the book and I couldn’t put it down!

I really loved the atmosphere of this book. I could completely imagine where it was set and the house and everything, and it definitely evoked the gothic tradition and set the scene for a murder mystery. I also liked the cast of different characters.
